Safety-Safety is #1 priority while we are working or your property, we provide our technicians with proper training for their jobs that they perform daily. For your safety and ours you are responsible for keeping yourself, children, and pets away from the work areas. If we are treating your lawn please keep children and pets off until product has had an opportunity to dry. Every truck will have a fire extinguisher and first aid kits and our service providers are trained to use these items in case of emergency. McClintock Lawn and Landscape LLC is a Smoking Free Company.
Landscape Services- We offer Mulch Installations, River Rock Installations, Edging, Planting, Demolitions, Weed Control Fabric, and more.
Landscape Season- Our landscape season will depend on weather we typically are Landscaping from March-November.
Warranty and Guarantee- McClintock Lawn and Landscape LLC offers a limited landscape warranty. For care dependent services (plantings, sod installations, tree installations) successful germination and growth cannot be determined by McClintock Lawn and Landscape LLC due to outside factors such as weather and watering.
Service Location/ Scope of Work- By accepting an estimate you are agreeing that the services in the scope of work will be performed at the property address listed on the estimate. McClintock Lawn and Landscape LLC has no liability for services that were not performed, if not listed in your scope of work. If you have any questions about the scope of work please contact us and your account manager will be happy to discuss it with you. If the scope of work should change for any reason due to customer request or factors outside of our control the compensation rate may change. Additional work and or requests bay be scheduled for a later date.
Water/ Electric Hookup- Some of our service projects will require watering and electricity during/after our service. By accepting any of our estimated you are agreeing that working water and Electrical supply will be available for a usage as needed.
Weed Growth-McClintock Lawn and Landscape LLC is not liable for any weeds that may emerge after a landscape installation has been completed. Weed seeds are spread with wind and weather, factors which we have no control over.
Promotional- McClintock Lawn and Landscape LLC may take pictures and or video for use in training and promotional purposes. By accepting this estimate you are granting us permission to take pictures/ video and give us the sole rights to the property of these photographs.
Holidays- Our employees are given several holidays off. We will either push your scheduled service ahead or behind to accommodate the holidays to avoid being on your property during a time of celebration. These holidays are as follows,New Year's Eve/Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday for Thanksgiving, Christmas week thru New Years Day. On these days we will be open for emergency services only Snow Removal, Storm Damage Cleanups.
Payment-When you accept an estimate from McClintock Lawn and Landscape LLC, you will be asked about your preferred payment method. We accept CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS, AND CHECKS/ MONEY ORDERS ONLY. No cash will be accepted and checks/ money orders MUST be mailed into the office. Our service technicians are not permitted to accept any payments for services. Our preferred method is card on file. This is an automatic billing process and is encrypted and stored in a safe and secure payment system to be used by our company for collecting payment for services performed by McClintock Lawn and Landscape LLC. Payment for landscape services will be billed following a Draw Schedule (See Below). After each payment there will be a receipt emailed to you.
We are transitioning to strictly card on file in 2024 for our reoccurring services. i.e. mowing, fertilization. Landscape projects over $1000.00 will be able to pay with either card or check.
Late Fees-If payment is unable to be processed, services will be put on hold until payment is made and a $40.00 fee will be charged to your account. Repeated unsuccessful payment attempts or repeated late payments may result in termination of service.
Weather- Lawn care and Landscape Services are dependent on the weather making scheduling difficult at times. We will try to keep scheduling issues to a minimum; however circumstances beyond our control may affect your scheduled service. If a scheduling issue occurs we will email you with our new anticipated arrival.
Picking up Items- As we get closer to the beginning of your project, you will be notified of our anticipated arrival and estimated time to complete your job, we ask that you please pick up all items in your yard and move any obstructions ie. cars, objects blocking gates, children's toys, garden hoses, garden equipment, grills, tree limbs etc. Extra charges may apply if our landscape technicians are responsible for picking up these items. This will ensure that our landscape service can be performed efficiently, giving you an affordable landscaping services and will minimize possible damage to your property and our equipment. Repeated occurrences, damage to our equipment or injury to our employees will result in termination of service.
Extra Cleanup- If a storm or heavy wind causes you or your neighbors tree to discharge more then normal yard debris we will cleanup and haul away all debris for $70per man hour+ $25 disposal fee for each full sized pickup load. This will be communicated with our client before service(s) begin with approval we will automatically start cleaning up the debris. If client prefers case by case services we will contact you before work begins. Please CONTACT US if there is storm damage to your property and we will discuss options.
Storm Cleanup- If a storm or heavy wind causes you or your neighbors tree to discharge more than normal yard debris we will cleanup and haul away all debris for $70per man hour+ $25 disposal fee for each full sized pickup load. Satisfaction Guarantee- If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of service we have provided on your property please contact us within 24hours of service. Please Call, Email, or contact us thru our Customer Portal. Please leave your contact information, and describe the issue in detail. We will contact you as soon as possible. If contacted after business hours (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm) we will contact you as soon as we re-open. If an issue should arise after the 24hour window it may be an issue out of our control and possibly prevent us from correcting the issue.
Damages to customers property- Our landscape service providers are trained to report any damage caused and take pictures immediately after damage is discovered to your property. You will be notified immediately and we will discuss options to correct the damages and return your property to before damaged condition.
Cancellation of Services- If you choose to cancel our service a written 24 hour notice or Friday by 5pm for Monday services is required. If we do not receive a 24hour notice a fee of 50% fo your service rate will be applied to your account.
